About the Project

In June 2009 a new class A office centre Alojas Biznesa Centrs will be commissioned.

The aim of the project’s developer is to create a maximally functional and comfortable environment for the future tenants of Alojas Biznesa Centrs. The project will be developed in three phases – in 2009 the first 10 000 sqm will be commissioned, in 2011 - another 5 000 sqm and 2013 additional 10 000 sqm will be constructed. Hence, Alojas Biznesa Centrs will ensure possibility for rapidly developing companies to expand their office without moving to another building. The area of each floor is approximately 1800 sqm which will allow large companies to locate all their departments on one floor without scattering them on several floors or even separate buildings.

In Alojas Biznesa Centrs A class office centre it is planned to implement unique technical solutions which include environmentally-friendly features and energy consumption optimization principles. And, which is very important, there will be a two-level underground parking lot.

The main entrance into the building will be from Alojas street. That is why the office centre was named “Alojas” – in honour of a small town in Limbazhi district.

The total investment in the first phase of Alojas Biznesa Centrs will be approximately 10 million euro. The first phase construction started in May, 2007.
